Caregivers,
We See You.

At Harvest Home, our caregivers are what make everything possible. We believe in mutual respect, a relaxed atmosphere, and supporting both your personal and professional growth. When you work in our family styled care, it is slow-paced and part of a running home that creates the comfort and empowerment; making a real difference in our residents' and families’ lives.

3 Ways Harvest Home is Redefining Caregiving

1. More Connection

With small caregiver-to-resident ratios—1:8 in assisted living and 1:4 in memory care—there’s more time for meaningful interaction and personalized attention. At Harvest Home, we recognize that physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being are all deeply connected, which is why our care is structured to support the whole person. Our slower pace and intimate, home-like setting create a natural and comfortable environment where caregivers and residents can build genuine relationships. With fewer residents, stronger bonds form—not just between caregivers and residents, but within the entire community.

2. More Communication

At Harvest Home, we believe strong communication starts with valuing our caregivers. As a family-run home, we work closely with our team and maintain open, direct communication between caregivers and administration. We see our caregivers as the heart of our care—the ones who know our residents best—and their voices are heard and respected. We have a connected administration team and caregivers respect and work closely together to see the whole residents’ care plan. Without layers of corporate structure, we’re able to listen, respond, and support quickly and personally.

3. More Credence

As a Christian, family-owned and operated home for over 20 years of serving, we believe every person deserves to age with purpose and grace. Our mission is built on compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to meaningful, personalized care. We don’t just provide support—we cultivate a place where both residents and caregivers feel known, valued, and purposeful. If you find fulfillment in making life better for others, you’ll feel at home here. Our team works together to understand what brings joy to each resident—caring for the whole person in every aspect of their life. As a caregiver at Harvest Home, you’re a part of something truly meaningful.
